About the role

Baringa is seeking an experienced Consultant to join its fast‑growing Pharma & Life Sciences practice. You will work with leading pharmaceutical and life‑science organisations across Europe and the UK, helping them navigate rapid industry transformation and deliver value to patients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advisory services across the pharma value chain, from R&D to commercialisation.
• Develop strategies and operating models to transform clinical development, medical affairs and commercial functions.
• Implement sustainable change in global, cross‑functional organisations.
• Design and operate Centres of Excellence and Communities of Practice to foster best‑practice sharing.
• Collaborate with both established market leaders and emerging disruptors.

Required profile

• Proven consulting experience, preferably within pharma or life‑sciences.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for senior client interaction.
• Interest in emerging technologies and their impact on the sector.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
