Consultant – Strategy & Transformation in Asset & Wealth Management

About the role

As a Consultant in the Asset & Wealth Management (AWM) team, you will work on high‑impact advisory projects that help leading investment managers, wealth managers and asset owners navigate strategic, operational and regulatory challenges. The role is designed for early‑career professionals with a few years of industry experience who want to accelerate their development in a fast‑moving consulting environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support client engagements covering strategy, operating model design, regulatory change, digital transformation and risk & compliance within the AWM sector.
• Conduct detailed research, analysis and problem‑solving to generate insights and actionable recommendations.
• Prepare high‑quality deliverables such as presentations, reports, process maps and data analyses.
• Engage directly with client stakeholders to gather requirements, test hypotheses and support implementation activities.
• Assist with project management tasks, including planning, milestone tracking and risk management.
• Contribute to internal practice development through thought leadership, knowledge sharing and business development.

Required profile

• Degree in finance, economics, business, mathematics or equivalent on‑the‑job experience.
• Some exposure to asset or wealth management, investment operations or financial services consulting.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present information confidently.
