Contact Centre Advisor – Automotive Insurance Claims

About the role

We are looking for a Contact Centre Advisor to join the insurance department of a leading automotive business. The role involves assisting customers with vehicle‑related insurance claims from the first enquiry through to settlement.

Key responsibilities

• Receive inbound and make outbound calls to gather claim details and supporting evidence.
• Process claims through each stage, coordinating with third‑party providers and internal teams.
• Maintain a busy email inbox and ensure timely responses.
• Meet service level agreements and performance targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a contact centre or customer‑service environment, or experience in vehicle repair/parts retail.
• Ability to work under pressure in a high‑volume, fast‑paced setting.
• Excellent verbal communication and a confident telephone manner.
• Strong team player with a passion for helping customers.
