Content Assistant

About the role

Handle Recruitment is seeking a Content Assistant to join a household brand during a period of rapid growth. The role supports the Marketing and E‑commerce team by creating, managing and optimising digital content across the UK website, brochures and email campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain product listings, descriptions, imagery and brochures, ensuring accuracy, brand alignment and legal compliance.
• Implement keyword strategies, optimise on‑page content, manage blogs and use approved AI tools for SEO.
• Assist with banners, landing pages and seasonal campaign launches.
• Monitor performance metrics, provide insights and support A/B testing.
• Collaborate with E‑commerce, Marketing, Training, Inventory, Customer Service, international teams and SEO agencies.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail, organisational ability and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Basic HTML/CSS and CMS experience (e.g., Salesforce, Marketing Cloud).
• Understanding of SEO and digital marketing fundamentals; experience with Google Analytics preferred.
• Proactive, adaptable and able to manage multiple tasks in a hybrid environment.
