Content & Community Coordinator – Europe (French/Spanish/German)

About the role

Hello Klean is a fast‑growing London‑based beauty brand that tackles hard‑water issues. We are looking for a Content & Community Coordinator to drive our influencer, user‑generated content and localisation initiatives across France, Spain and Germany. The role blends community storytelling with strategic coordination of creators and regional activations.

Key responsibilities

• Source, brief and manage delivery of high‑quality user‑generated content assets.
• Coordinate monthly product seeding to micro and mid‑tier influencers, maintain the seeding database and track deliveries.
• Support localisation efforts, including local events, retailer collaborations and cultural adaptation for French, Spanish and German audiences.
• Assist with EU‑wide community activations and respond to regional community requests.
• Provide local social‑media insights, platform trends and format recommendations.
• Prepare monthly reports on UGC performance, influencer engagement and localisation projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar social‑media or influencer coordination role.
• Native‑level proficiency in French, Spanish or German, with fluency in at least one other of these languages.
• Fluent English.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Experience overseeing content creation in beauty, wellness or lifestyle sectors.
