Content Marketing & Operations Executive

About the role

SBW Group Ltd is seeking a creative and organised individual to lead its content marketing while supporting day‑to‑day office operations. You will work mainly from the Hemel Hempstead office, with occasional visits to customer sites to capture visual material.

Key responsibilities

• Create, edit and publish photo and video content for social channels and the website.
• Manage and schedule posts on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Update the WordPress site with product pages, project portfolios and blog posts.
• Support Meta Ads, Google Ads and other promotional campaigns, monitoring basic performance metrics.
• Organise the company’s digital media library and use AI tools to improve efficiency.
• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, website and social media, recording details and forwarding qualified leads to sales.
• Maintain the customer database, attach quotations, and schedule installations, surveys and appointments in Google Calendar.
• Order approved office, marketing and site supplies.

What we offer

• £31,200 per year (equivalent to £15 per hour)
• 40‑hour week, Monday‑Friday
• Permanent full‑time contract
• Primarily office‑based role with occasional site visits
