Content & SEO Strategist

About the role

Pretty Pragmatic is looking for a Content & SEO Strategist to join its agency team. You will shape SEO and content plans for hospitality clients and beyond, delivering high‑performing websites and measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research and identify content gaps to capture relevant traffic.
• Perform SEO reviews using tools such as Semrush, Google Search Console and GA4.
• Collaborate with designers, developers and copywriters to create engaging websites, articles and blogs.
• Provide SEO guidance across technical and content aspects for multiple clients.
• Manage CMS optimisation and work with the development team on technical improvements.
• Produce monthly performance reports with strategic recommendations.
• Analyse data in GA4, SEMrush, Search Console and Google Tag Manager to uncover insights.
• Contribute to new website builds, including sitemap planning, competitor analysis and wire‑framing.
• Review user experience and optimise conversion pathways using tools like Microsoft Clarity.

Required profile

• Several years of agency or in‑house SEO and digital marketing experience.
• Strong familiarity with GA4, Google Search Console and Google Tag Manager.
• Comfortable presenting insights and recommendations to clients.
• Curious, detail‑oriented and motivated by measurable impact.
