Continuous Improvement Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Continuous Improvement Engineer to lead manufacturing processes within our Sheet Metal department. You will drive new product introductions, champion lean initiatives, and support day‑to‑day production to uphold world‑class standards.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop sheet‑metal manufacturing processes, including NPI and continuous improvement projects.
• Improve productivity, reduce waste, and enhance product quality using lean principles.
• Provide daily production support, ensuring efficient material flow, tooling, and equipment performance.
• Deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining health, safety, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Production, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams.
• Coach junior engineers and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Engineering degree (lean qualification desirable).
• Proven experience in a senior engineering role within sheet‑metal manufacturing.
• Strong background in welding and jig design.
• Experience delivering NPI, process optimisation, and lean manufacturing projects.
