Contract Events Coordinator

About the role

Bisnow is seeking a Contract Events Coordinator to support its UK‑based events programme. This hourly, on‑site role is based in London and will involve managing partial‑day and full‑day events several times a month, with occasional travel to Ireland and the Netherlands.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all on‑site logistics for assigned Bisnow events, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
• Participate in a 30‑minute pre‑event call to review details and confirm venues, audiovisual, catering and party‑rental arrangements.
• Pick up name badges, set up registration the day before each event, and manage on‑site ticket sales via Bisnow’s Square account.
• Transport, install and later remove event signage, banners, lanyards and other inventory.
• Work with sponsors to ensure their needs are met and maintain a high‑quality attendee experience (coffee, food, music, cleanliness, etc.).
• Collaborate with party‑rental vendors to set up stages, chairs, tables and other raw‑space requirements.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in event coordination, registration or related logistics.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, self‑discipline and strong organisational skills.
• Positive, energetic attitude with excellent communication abilities.
• Comfortable working with a high‑energy sales team and handling multiple events per month.
