Contract Recruiter – High Commission Opportunity

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Contract Recruiter to join our fast‑growing team. The role focuses on business development and candidate placement, with a strong emphasis on delivering results that drive our turnover from £7m to over £10m.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage new client opportunities within target markets.
• Source, screen and present qualified candidates to clients.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from initial contact to placement.
• Maintain accurate records and pipeline data in the back‑office system.
• Achieve personal revenue targets and contribute to overall company growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment or sales, preferably on a commission basis.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated with a results‑driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently while leveraging back‑office support.
