Controller – Financial Management

About the role

We are looking for a Controller to own the mechanisms that allow us to understand business performance, diagnose variances and drive corrective actions. You will turn budgets, actuals and forecasts into clear insights and help ensure rigorous scaling of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Own reliable financial controlling and reporting across entities, products and markets.
• Analyze deviations from budget, forecast and prior performance, uncover drivers and support teams with actionable insights.
• Track performance against budgets and forecasts, identify risks and opportunities early, and maintain strong financial discipline.
• Define and refine key performance metrics, building a data‑driven performance management approach.
• Design and strengthen financial processes and internal controls, emphasizing automation, scalability and workflow simplification.

Required profile

• Strong reasoning ability and capacity to solve complex problems from first principles.
• Ability to move from “what happened?” to “why it happened and what to do next”.
• Comfort with bias‑free analysis and data‑driven decision making.
