Conversion Marketing Manager

About the role

We are a fast‑growing UK broadband provider looking for a Conversion Marketing Manager to own the end‑to‑end conversion funnel. You will turn high‑intent leads into paying customers at speed, using data‑driven testing and AI tools to optimise every touchpoint.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and analyse rapid A/B tests across email, SMS and WhatsApp channels.
• Own the conversion engine from lead arrival to signed‑up customer, continuously iterating to improve conversion rates.
• Leverage AI to generate copy variants, extract insights and automate optimisation loops.
• Monitor open rates, click‑through rates and step‑by‑step conversion metrics, turning data into actionable hypotheses.
• Collaborate with sales, product and creative teams to ensure a seamless on‑journey experience.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a hypothesis‑driven approach to testing.
• Comfortable working with large volumes of warm, high‑intent leads.
• Passion for rapid experimentation and continuous improvement.
• Ability to interpret data quickly and decide on next tests within days.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using AI‑assisted marketing tools for copy generation and data analysis.
• Experience with email, SMS and WhatsApp campaign platforms.
