Conveyancing Executive – Residential Property (Brighton)

About the role

We are partnering with an ambitious law firm that is expanding its Residential Conveyancing team in Brighton. As a Conveyancing Executive you will own a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion, delivering a high‑quality client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from start to finish.
• Progress matters proactively to ensure smooth and efficient transactions.
• Provide a high level of client care and act as the trusted point of contact throughout the process.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and other third parties.
• Identify and resolve issues to keep transactions moving forward.
• Ensure all files are handled accurately and in line with regulatory requirements.
• Support junior team members where required.
• Contribute to the continued development and success of the department.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years fee‑earning experience within residential conveyancing.
• Strong knowledge of the full residential conveyancing process.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload independently.
• Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused approach.
