Conveyancing Solicitor – Quality Focused Role

About the role

We are partnering with a well‑established high‑street law firm in Gateshead that values client care and a balanced workload. The firm is seeking a Conveyancing Solicitor to manage residential conveyancing matters, delivering a personal, high‑quality service from instruction through to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a residential conveyancing caseload, including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
• Provide end‑to‑end service for clients, maintaining regular contact and ensuring smooth transactions.
• Prepare and review legal documentation, conduct searches and liaise with lenders, estate agents and other parties.
• Work collaboratively with a supportive team while operating autonomously on assigned files.

Required profile

• A qualified solicitor with experience in residential conveyancing (ideally 3+ years PQE, but all levels considered).
• Strong client‑facing skills and a commitment to delivering a personalised service.
• Team‑player who thrives in a close‑knit, supportive environment.
