Conveyancing Solicitor – Residential Property (Hybrid, Glasgow)

About the role

We are seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join our growing Glasgow property team. You will work autonomously on a varied caseload of residential sales, purchases and title transfers, supported by dedicated paralegal and administrative staff.

Key responsibilities

• Manage residential property transactions from instruction through to completion.
• Advise clients throughout the conveyancing process and maintain clear communication.
• Liaise with lenders, estate agents and third parties to progress deals efficiently.
• Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years post‑qualification experience in residential conveyancing.
• Proven ability to manage an independent caseload.
• Experience with Scottish property transactions.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
• Strong organisational and file‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with case management systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
