About the role

We are seeking a motivated Conveyancing Solicitor to join a reputable firm in Cirencester. The role focuses on residential property transactions, requiring a strong understanding of conveyancing processes and the ability to manage a diverse caseload.

Key responsibilities

• Handle residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion.
• Prepare and review contracts, transfer documents, and related legal paperwork.
• Conduct property searches, liaise with lenders, solicitors, and clients.
• Provide clear, timely advice to clients on legal implications of transactions.
• Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with statutory deadlines.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential conveyancing.
