Corporate Associate / Solicitor - M&A

About the role

K3 Law, a growing boutique corporate law firm, is recruiting a Corporate Associate / Solicitor to join its Manchester team. The firm advises on mergers, acquisitions, sales and investment transactions for mid-market corporate clients (typical deal values £2m to £50m) and is expanding its national reach. The role supports managing a wide range of mid-market corporate transactions, advising sellers, buyers and private equity clients.

Working arrangements

Working arrangements can be flexible: principally from the firm's offices in Manchester and/or Bolton, with the option to work from home where required.

Required profile

• UK qualified solicitor with 1 to 4 years of corporate experience; newly qualified solicitors with at least one seat in Corporate will also be considered.
• Flexible approach, comfortable working a combination of office and home.
• Interest in playing a pivotal role in the growth of a corporate law firm backed by a UK multi-professional services advisory group.
