Corporate Commercial Partner – Senior Associate/Partner

About the role

We are partnering with a leading Legal 500 law firm to recruit a Corporate Commercial Partner (Senior Associate to Partner level) for its Dorchester office. The role offers a hybrid working model and the chance to lead high‑value corporate and commercial matters while contributing to business development.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of corporate transactions and commercial contracts, including supply, distribution and franchise agreements.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, driving new business opportunities.
• Supervise, mentor and delegate work to junior lawyers and support staff.
• Provide strategic, big‑picture advice to clients across various sectors.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with extensive experience in corporate and commercial law.
• Proven track record in handling complex agreements and transactions.
• Strong business development and networking abilities.
• Ambitious, proactive and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Corporate transaction drafting and negotiation.
• Commercial contract drafting (supply, distribution, franchise).
• Client relationship management.
