About the role

We are seeking a Corporate Commercial Solicitor with at least two years post‑qualification experience to join a high‑profile regional firm in Essex. The role offers a clear progression path towards partnership within a firm that is expanding following a recent merger.

Key responsibilities

• Support partners on a variety of corporate and commercial matters, ranging from modest transactions to complex deals.
• Draft and review contracts, joint venture agreements, and other commercial documentation.
• Conduct legal research and provide advice on regulatory and compliance issues.
• Assist in M&A transactions and corporate restructurings.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in corporate and commercial law.
• Broad experience handling both routine and high‑value transactions.
• Aspirations to develop towards partnership.
