Corporate Commercial Solicitor – 3+ Years PQE – Bristol

About the role

We are looking for a commercially‑focused Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join our growing Bristol team. The role offers the chance to work directly with businesses, providing advice across a wide spectrum of commercial law matters while developing your own practice.

Key responsibilities

• Advise corporate clients on commercial contracts, transactions and regulatory issues.
• Draft, review and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements.
• Manage a diverse caseload independently, meeting tight deadlines.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, understanding their broader business objectives.
• Contribute to the development and growth of the department.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in corporate/commercial law.
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial legal principles.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and analytical abilities.
• Commercially aware with the ability to align legal advice with client business goals.
• Effective communicator with proven relationship‑building skills.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to manage deadlines.
