Corporate Commercial Solicitor – 3+ Years PQE, Bristol

About the role

We are looking for a commercially‑focused Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join our growing Bristol team. The role offers the chance to work closely with businesses, providing advice across a broad range of commercial matters while developing specialist expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Advise corporate clients on commercial contracts, transactions and regulatory issues.
• Draft, negotiate and review a variety of commercial documents.
• Manage a varied caseload independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients.
• Contribute to the development and growth of the department.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in corporate/commercial law.
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial law and ability to handle diverse matters.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and analytical abilities.
• Commercially aware with a practical understanding of business objectives.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to manage workload effectively.
