About the role
We are looking for a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor to join our growing team in Eastbourne. The role offers hybrid working and involves handling high‑quality corporate transactions for an established client base.
Key responsibilities
- Manage mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, refinancing, shareholder agreements, joint ventures and commercial contracts.
- Draft and review legal documents with minimal supervision.
- Communicate effectively with clients and build lasting relationships.
- Collaborate with senior colleagues to ensure successful deal execution.
Required profile
- 2‑6 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in corporate law.
- Proven ability to manage corporate transactions independently.
- Strong drafting and communication skills.
- Team‑oriented mindset with a client‑focused approach.
