Corporate Development Manager

About the role

Cedar is seeking a Corporate Development Manager to join its in‑house M&A team. This role offers the chance to move from advisory work to owning live acquisitions, from strategy through execution, within a fast‑growing, PE‑backed technology business.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate acquisition opportunities.
• Lead financial analysis, valuation and commercial assessment.
• Manage due diligence processes and transaction execution.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership, investors and external advisers.
• Support post‑acquisition integration and contribute to long‑term growth strategy.

Required profile

• Current experience in Investment Banking, Big 4 Deals/Transaction Services, Lead Advisory, or Strategy Consulting.
• Strong analytical, commercial and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ambition to build a career in corporate development and M&A within industry.
• Thrives in fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environments and seeks tangible impact.
