Corporate Finance Manager – Bristol

About the role

FRP Group is seeking a Corporate Finance Manager to join its South West team in Bristol. This permanent, full‑time position offers the chance to work closely with senior partners on a variety of high‑profile transactions while gaining significant deal exposure.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discrete parts of corporate finance engagements and support the team across the full transaction lifecycle.
• Project‑manage all aspects of a transaction in close collaboration with partners.
• Prepare and review pitch materials, proposals, and marketing documents such as information memoranda.
• Coordinate NDAs, buyer Q&A, management presentations and overall process management for live mandates.
• Draft and review key transactional documents including business plans, Heads of Terms, financial models, funds flow and completion mechanics.
• Conduct buyer or target research for M&A transactions and assist in approaching parties.
• Perform benchmarking and valuation analysis to support the assessment of companies, assets and investments.
• Summarise rationale for buyers in disposal mandates and for targets in buyside mandates.
• Support client onboarding, compliance and internal team development.

Required profile

• Proven experience supporting senior partners on corporate finance transactions.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand strategic rationales.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills for managing multiple stakeholders.
• Willingness to develop further under guidance from senior team members.
