About the role

This senior position sits within an employee‑owned boutique corporate finance advisory firm in London. The Director will focus on originating new mandates, building long‑term client relationships and contributing to the strategic growth of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new corporate finance opportunities across the UK.
• Develop and nurture relationships with business owners, intermediaries and professional introducers.
• Lead new‑business pitches and win mandates.
• Advise clients throughout the M&A process.
• Collaborate closely with an established execution team.
• Shape the firm’s strategic direction and market presence.

Required profile

• Current senior role such as Director, Managing Director or Partner.
• Strong corporate finance experience with a proven origination track record.
• Extensive professional network and excellent relationship‑building abilities.
• Commercial mindset and experience advising owner‑managed businesses.
• Passion for business development and client acquisition.
