Corporate Finance Solicitor – 3+ Years PQE – Bristol (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a Corporate Finance Solicitor with at least three years post‑qualification experience to join a growing corporate team in Bristol. The role offers immediate responsibility, direct client contact and involvement in a variety of complex transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Advise entrepreneurial businesses, established companies and investors on corporate finance matters.
• Work on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, shareholder arrangements and general company law issues.
• Collaborate closely with partners and colleagues across the firm to deliver high‑quality legal advice.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring commercial objectives are met.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years PQE in corporate finance or related corporate law.
• Strong grounding in M&A, restructurings, shareholder arrangements and company law.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail and ability to work well within a team.

Required skills

• Experience with mergers and acquisitions.
• Knowledge of corporate restructures and shareholder arrangements.
• Proficiency in general company law.
