Corporate Insolvency Administrator – Flexible Remote Options

About the role

We are seeking a Corporate Insolvency Administrator to join a well‑established insolvency practice in Stockport. The role is suitable for an experienced corporate insolvency professional or an IVA administrator looking to move into corporate work. You will manage a varied portfolio of corporate insolvency cases, benefiting from a supportive environment and clear progression pathways.

Key responsibilities

• Manage corporate insolvency cases from initiation to closure.
• Prepare closure documentation and handle case variations.
• Liaise with directors, creditors, solicitors and other stakeholders.
• Draft statutory reports and other required documentation.
• Support senior staff on a range of insolvency matters.
• Ensure all work complies with current insolvency legislation and procedures.

Required profile

• Previous experience in corporate insolvency or IVA administration.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Proven capacity to manage workloads and meet deadlines.
• Professional, proactive approach to case management.
