Corporate Legal Counsel – French Speaking

About the role

Enterprise Mobility is expanding its in‑house legal team and is looking for a French‑speaking Corporate Legal Counsel to join the global Legal Group in Egham, Surrey. You will work on a wide range of commercial, procurement and concession agreements that support the company’s mobility operations across Europe, with a primary focus on France.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate and draft commercial sales contracts, procurement agreements and airport concession licences.
• Provide legal advice to business units on commercial, regulatory and data‑protection matters.
• Collaborate with specialist lawyers in IP, technology, M&A, ESG and litigation on cross‑functional projects.
• Support the global legal team in structuring master service agreements, goods sale/purchase contracts and complex solicitations.
• Maintain compliance with French and EU legal frameworks and advise on emerging mobility‑related regulations.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer with at least 7 years of post‑qualification experience.
• Fluent in French and English, with strong knowledge of French commercial law.
• Demonstrated experience negotiating retail concessions, property licences or similar agreements.
• Proven ability to work in a matrixed, multinational environment.

Required skills

• Commercial contract negotiation.

• Understanding of data‑protection and regulatory compliance for connected vehicles.
