About the role

Our client, a leading Legal 200 firm, is launching a new office in Bournemouth and seeks a Corporate Senior Associate Solicitor to help shape and grow the practice. This is a hybrid role offering the chance to lead a high‑performing corporate team while working on a variety of complex transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Help lead and expand the corporate legal team in the new Bournemouth office.
• Manage a mix of transactional work, including acquisitions, disposals, and restructurings.
• Provide non‑transactional advice on shareholders' agreements, share options, and related matters.
• Develop client relationships, drive business development, and generate new work.
• Collaborate closely with regional teams and senior partners across the firm.

Required profile

• 5+ years post‑qualification experience in corporate law.
• Strong background in M&A, private‑equity‑backed deals, and general corporate advisory.
• Commercially aware, organised, and comfortable using technology in legal practice.
• Confident in leading matters, mentoring junior colleagues, and building client trust.
