Corporate Solicitor (3+ PQE) – Essex

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join our growing team in Essex. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with at least three years post‑qualification experience to take on a key role in a collaborative, client‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand the corporate practice, handling a broad range of matters.
• Advise and supervise restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and general commercial law transactions.
• Manage corporate finance work, including MBOs and MBIs.
• Support and mentor junior team members.
• Work closely with the Head of Department to deliver high‑quality client service.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE.
• Proven experience in M&A, corporate finance, and general corporate matters.
• Ability to lead and develop junior staff.
• Strong commercial awareness and client‑focused approach.
