About the role

We are seeking a newly qualified corporate tax associate to join a leading international law firm in London. You will work on the tax aspects of M&A, private equity, finance and capital markets transactions, collaborating closely with top‑tier corporate teams on high‑value domestic and cross‑border deals.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on tax implications of M&A, private equity, finance and capital markets transactions.
• Collaborate with corporate teams on high‑value domestic and cross‑border deals.
• Draft tax opinions, memoranda and transaction documentation.

Required profile

• Newly qualified solicitor (England & Wales) or about to qualify.
• Strong corporate tax experience gained during a training contract.
• Excellent technical, drafting and analytical abilities.
• Commercial mindset with a keen interest in transactional tax.
• Strong academic record and ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
