Corporate Tax Associate (NQ) – London

About the role

We are seeking a newly qualified Corporate Tax Associate to join our London practice from September 2026. The role offers the chance to work on complex, high‑value advisory projects across private capital, investment funds, M&A, real estate and strategic tax structuring.

Key responsibilities

• Provide corporate tax advice to premium private‑equity houses, asset managers, fund sponsors and corporate clients.
• Assist with cross‑border tax matters, fund establishment and investment structuring.
• Support senior team members on technically demanding and commercially sensitive transactions.
• Contribute to tax policy analysis and broader strategic advisory work.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor (or trainee) scheduled to qualify in September 2026.
• Strong academic record and training contract completed at a leading firm.
• Keen interest in corporate tax, private‑capital taxation and transaction work.
• Commercial confidence and ability to work at the intersection of tax and transactions.
