Corporate Tax Manager – Hybrid, £50k-£65k

About the role

We are seeking a Corporate Tax Manager to join our established tax team in Egham, Surrey. The role offers hybrid working and combines responsibility for a portfolio of corporate tax clients with involvement in advisory projects such as restructures, share‑option planning and transaction support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of corporate tax clients across multiple sectors.
• Oversee the full corporate tax compliance cycle and ensure HMRC deadlines are met.
• Review and sign off corporate tax computations and returns.
• Act as the primary contact for client tax queries.
• Support partners and directors on advisory assignments, including share‑option and EMI scheme planning, R&D tax relief claims, and tax due‑diligence.
• Supervise and mentor junior tax team members.
• Monitor work‑in‑progress, billing and client invoicing.

Required profile

• CTA, ACA or ACCA qualification (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience managing corporate tax compliance in a UK accountancy practice.
• Exposure to corporate tax advisory work such as restructures, share‑option planning and transaction support.
• Strong client‑facing skills and ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership.
