Corporate Tax Manager

About the role

Join a top‑10 accountancy practice expanding across East Anglia and Cambridge as a Corporate Tax Manager. You will work with a diverse client base, ranging from charities and partnerships to subsidiaries of large international groups, delivering both compliance and advisory tax services.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and review Corporation Tax Returns for a variety of clients.
• Provide advisory services including remuneration planning, profit extraction, corporate group restructuring and cross‑border tax issues such as Transfer Pricing.
• Support business acquisitions and disposals, collaborating with the Corporate Finance team on M&A transactions.
• Deliver tax due diligence and advise on Capital Allowances, R&D tax credits, Patent Box, Land Remediation Relief, Loan Relationships and ERS.

Required profile

• ACA/ACCA/ATT qualified (CTA a plus) or equivalent experience.
• Recent experience in a professional services environment with solid corporate and business tax knowledge.
• Enthusiastic about tax compliance and advisory work, with a desire to develop technical expertise.
• Willingness to build client relationships, self‑motivated, flexible and able to travel within East Anglia.
• Valid driving licence and access to transport.
