Corporate Tax Manager

About the role

Our client, a leading firm of Chartered Accountants in Leeds, is seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Manager to lead a varied and technically interesting portfolio. The role combines high‑level compliance work with strategic advisory, offering the chance to influence both client outcomes and the firm’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, delivering both compliance and advisory services.
• Advise on corporation tax, group structures, reorganisations and tax planning matters.
• Review corporate tax returns and computations prepared by junior staff.
• Develop and maintain strong, trusted client relationships.
• Mentor and support the development of junior members of the tax team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate tax compliance and advisory.
• Strong commercial instincts and the ability to work independently.
• Right to work in the UK without restriction.
• Motivation to develop a career towards senior manager level.
