Corporate Tax Manager / Senior Manager – Hybrid (Bristol/Cardiff/Cheltenham)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Tax Manager or Senior Manager to join our growing independent professional services firm. Based in Bristol, Cardiff or Cheltenham, you will work with a diverse portfolio of corporate clients, delivering both compliance and advisory tax services within a collaborative, forward‑thinking team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, providing tax compliance, accounting and planning services.
• Support partners on advisory assignments such as mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and complex tax investigations.
• Review and oversee team workloads to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering technically robust, commercially focused tax advice.

Required profile

• ATT, CTA, ACA or ACCA qualification.
• Proven experience managing a corporate tax client portfolio.
• Experience supervising, mentoring and developing staff.
• Strong technical corporate tax knowledge and commercial awareness.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
