Corporate Tax Manager – UK & Ireland

About the role

The Corporate Tax Manager will support a global FMCG client on all corporation tax matters for UK and Irish entities. Reporting to a Tax Senior Manager, you will work closely with the Tax Director and external providers to ensure accurate compliance, reporting and advisory services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage quarterly tax reporting and preparation of group tax provisions using Longview.
• Oversee outsourced tax compliance, including annual computations, returns and statutory disclosures.
• Provide tax advisory support on M&A, project finance, chargeable gains, RDEC, patent box and transfer‑pricing adjustments.
• Maintain relationships with finance, legal, company secretarial and third‑party teams, acting as a tax business partner.
• Handle withholding tax compliance, residency certificates and related regulatory filings.
• Maintain the group tax payment database and manage CT payments on account.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in UK and Irish corporation tax compliance and reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across finance, legal and external providers.
• Experience working with tax provision software and coordinating outsourced tax functions.
