We are seeking an enthusiastic Corporate Tax Senior Manager to join our growing Corporate Tax Advisory practice in Solihull. The role offers the chance to deepen expertise in corporate tax, lead complex advisory projects and work alongside experienced industry leaders. Key responsibilities

• Lead advisory assignments such as company reconstructions, mergers and acquisitions, share scheme advice, and venture capital schemes.
• Manage and mentor junior team members on large client projects while contributing to the development of technical knowledge across the wider team.
• Act as the primary point of contact for technical queries from clients and other advisors.
• Collaborate closely with directors on business development activities, identifying opportunities to support existing clients and attract new business.
• Build your personal brand to become a recognised expert in your tax specialism and expand your professional network.

Required profile

• Highly skilled and motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
• Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of managing projects and mentoring team members.
• Confident relationship builder with clients and colleagues, acting as a trusted advisor on technical tax matters.
• CTA or equivalent qualification (e.g., ICAS tax qualification).
• Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
• Highly motivated and committed to ongoing professional development.
