Court of Protection Senior Associate Solicitor

About the role
This senior associate position is based in Reigate and Banstead within a top‑tier, multi‑site Legal 200 law firm. The role focuses on Court of Protection matters, supporting the firm’s high‑profile private client team.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a busy caseload of complex Court of Protection cases.
- Provide specialist advice on mental capacity, financial abuse, powers of attorney and advance decisions.
- Liaise with the Office of the Public Guardian and act as a panel deputy for the Court of Protection.
- Collaborate with private client colleagues to deliver integrated legal solutions.
Required profile
- Approximately eight years post‑qualification experience in Court of Protection law.
- Demonstrated ability to handle complex, high‑value matters.
- Residency within a commutable distance to Reigate.
- Strong analytical and client‑focused approach.
