About the role
Join a leading Legal 100 firm in Swindon as a Court of Protection Solicitor. This full‑time position offers the chance to work on a diverse portfolio of Property & Financial Affairs Deputyship and Personal Injury Trust matters, supporting vulnerable clients and their families.
Key responsibilities
- Manage your own caseload of deputyship matters from inception to completion.
- Provide legal advice and support to vulnerable clients and their families.
- Collaborate with case managers, healthcare professionals and financial advisers.
- Handle Property & Financial Affairs Deputyship and Personal Injury Trust issues.
Required profile
- Qualified Solicitor with experience ranging from NQ level to 3 PQE.
- Genuine interest in developing a career within the Court of Protection.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
