About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to step into secondary school classrooms across east London on a day‑to‑day and short‑term basis. This role offers graduates, aspiring teachers and youth workers the chance to gain valuable classroom experience while supporting students during teacher absences.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise classes during teacher absences.
- Manage classroom behaviour and keep students on task.
- Deliver pre‑prepared lesson materials.
- Support a positive and productive learning environment.
Required profile
- Confident, reliable and professional.
- Strong behaviour management and relationship‑building abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Flexible and willing to work in different schools.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
