About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools in Maidstone. This flexible, part‑time role involves delivering pre‑planned work in the teacher’s absence, helping students stay engaged and on task.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise classes across a variety of subjects.
- Deliver work left by the class teacher.
- Maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
- Report back to teaching staff at the end of each lesson.
Required profile
- Confident communication and classroom presence.
- Calm and professional approach.
- Availability for flexible or full‑time work.
- Experience working with young people (desirable).
