About the role
As a Graduate Cover Supervisor you will step into classrooms across Essex and Havering, gaining hands‑on experience in a supportive educational environment. This full‑time, flexible contract offers an immediate start for recent graduates eager to explore a career in teaching.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise classes when the regular teacher is absent.
- Deliver pre‑set work and ensure students remain focused on tasks.
- Maintain a positive learning atmosphere and support classroom routines.
Required profile
- Recent university graduate with a passion for working with young people.
- Strong communication and organisational abilities.
- Willingness to travel across Essex, Havering, Thurrock and Southend.
Required skills
- Basic classroom management.
- Ability to follow and deliver pre‑planned lesson material.
