Creative Account Manager – Social Media Agency

About the role

Success On Socials is a fast‑growing social‑first agency looking for a Creative Account Manager to lead client relationships and drive the production of viral content. You will act as the main liaison between our diverse brand clients and the creator community, ensuring strategic goals are met with energetic execution.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, leading strategy and communication sessions.
• Translate client objectives, KPIs and business models into actionable content plans.
• Guide and coordinate content creators, attending shoots to ensure alignment with brand messaging.
• Manage posting schedules and handle organic publishing across platforms.
• Provide regular project updates, performance reports and competitor analysis.

Required profile

• 2+ years of account management experience, preferably within an agency environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Strong organisational abilities with the capacity to juggle multiple projects and tight deadlines.
• Curiosity about digital trends and a passion for TikTok and other social platforms.
