About the role
We are seeking a proactive and organised Creative Assistant to support a growing spiritual brand. This remote, freelance position involves behind‑the‑scenes work across multiple platforms, helping to keep content production smooth and on schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Schedule and organise Patreon content and releases
- Coordinate podcast support and editing
- Manage email and community communications
- Upload and format digital products for sale
- Repurpose content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and other channels
- Update website and provide general admin support
- Maintain the content calendar and organise launches
Required profile
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Comfortable using social media platforms
- Basic content formatting ability (e.g., Canva)
- Interest in spirituality, witchcraft or related topics
- No minimum education required; energy fit is valued over formal credentials
