Creative Strategist – Hybrid (Bristol)

About the role

We are seeking a Creative Strategist to join a fast‑growing performance marketing agency in Bristol. The role focuses on developing data‑driven creative for paid social campaigns on Meta and TikTok, supporting DTC and e‑commerce clients.

Key responsibilities

• Own creative strategy across multiple DTC client accounts
• Develop high volumes of creative briefs for paid social campaigns (statics, video, UGC)
• Research competitors, market trends, and creative best practices across Meta and TikTok
• Analyse ad performance data to identify winning hooks, formats, and messaging angles
• Write high‑performing ad copy, hooks, headlines, and CTAs
• Review creative output to ensure quality, brand consistency, and platform compliance
• Collaborate with media buyers to align creative strategy with campaign objectives
• Manage the end‑to‑end creative workflow from concept through to launch

Required profile

• 2+ years’ experience in creative strategy, paid social, or performance marketing
• Strong understanding of direct response marketing and conversion‑focused creative
• Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads and TikTok Ads platforms
• Strong copywriting ability for scroll‑stopping hooks and ad copy
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to translate performance insights into creative decisions
• Highly organised with ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
• Experience in an agency or DTC brand environment (highly desirable)
