Creator Partnerships Assistant

About the role

Eucalyptus, the consumer healthcare platform behind Hers (part of Hims & Hers) and Juniper, is looking for a Creator Partnerships Assistant based in London. You will join the creator partnerships team and work across creator communications, onboarding, briefs and campaign operations. Creator activity is a core growth lever, much of it paid partnership advertising, so your work directly affects performance.

Key responsibilities

• Creator discovery: monitor creator culture and trends on TikTok, Instagram and beyond, suggest partners and help shape authentic ways to engage audiences
• Communications and outreach: handle day-to-day creator comms, draft messages to creators and talent managers and follow issues through to resolution
• Onboarding and contracting: help onboard new creators, build and send contracts from templates and track monthly renewals
• Brief development: turn approved concepts into creator briefs and research trends and creative inspiration
• Campaign operations: keep the creator CMS and campaign schedule up to date, coordinate shoots, UGC and testimonials, and support the content production pipeline
• Community, events and PR: monitor comments and engagement on campaigns, and support creator events and PR activity

Required profile

• 1-2 years in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, talent management, social media or a marketing coordinator role
• Passion for influencer marketing and creator culture, and interest in proactive health and wellness
• Detail-minded, proactive and well organised, able to juggle several creators and deadlines
• Clear, friendly communicator, comfortable in a regulated healthcare environment

Required skills

• Exposure to paid social is a plus
• Familiarity with tools such as CreatorIQ, Juro, Notion or Motion is a bonus but not essential
