CRM Analyst

About the role

The CRM Analyst will join the Global CRM team in London, supporting Jimmy Choo’s customer strategy through data‑driven insights. Working closely with the CRM Analytics Manager, you will help grow revenue, boost customer engagement and improve the client experience by turning data into actionable recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse customer behaviour to identify opportunities for improving CRM and client‑eling performance.
• Measure and communicate the business impact of CRM initiatives and customer programmes.
• Develop and maintain high‑quality dashboards that monitor global and regional CRM campaign performance.
• Provide recommendations to increase ROI based on quantitative and qualitative research.
• Use segmentation, predictive modelling and analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
• Partner with CRM, client‑eling, marketing, digital and regional teams to translate business questions into actionable analysis.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in CRM analytics, customer insights, business intelligence or marketing analytics.
• Degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Data Science) or Marketing.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Commercial acumen for the retail, fashion or luxury sector.
• Strong problem‑solving, organisational and communication skills.

• SQL for data extraction.
• Data‑visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
