CRM Manager

About the role

Reed.co.uk is seeking a CRM Manager to lead its CRM function on a 12‑month fixed‑term maternity cover. Based in Holborn, London, you will shape how millions of jobseekers and customers experience the brand across their journey.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the CRM team, fostering a high‑performing culture.
• Own the CRM roadmap, aligning campaigns with business priorities and measuring commercial impact.
• Plan, execute and optimise CRM activities, ensuring high standards of delivery, governance and reporting.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data and Customer Success to enhance the customer experience.
• Drive candidate engagement, activation and retention through personalised, data‑driven lifecycle communications.
• Expand CRM capabilities into new channels such as SMS and WhatsApp.
• Use customer insights and performance data to continuously improve CRM performance.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships across the business.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a CRM or lifecycle marketing function in a high‑volume digital business.
• Strong hands‑on experience delivering data‑driven campaigns.
• Ability to set strategy and deliver measurable results.
• Excellent leadership, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
