CRM Manager

About the role

Our client is a fast‑growing ecommerce D2C brand looking for a hands‑on CRM Manager to lead multi‑channel customer communications. The role sits at the heart of the business, driving email, SMS and lifecycle campaigns that boost engagement, retention and revenue across the UK and European markets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, build and optimise multi‑channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, in‑app) and automated customer journeys.
• Develop and maintain segmentation strategies to improve conversion and lifetime value.
• Analyse campaign performance, run A/B tests and deliver actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Brand, Performance and Ecommerce teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Own the CRM function during peak trading periods, ensuring high‑quality delivery.
• Produce regular CRM performance reports and identify continuous improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing CRM in a fast‑paced ecommerce or D2C environment.
• Ability to take ownership from strategy through to execution.
• Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively.

Required skills

• Klaviyo platform for email and SMS automation.
• A/B testing of campaigns and automated flows.
• Customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing.
• Data analysis of campaign performance.
